Our Bloom Bars bring the beauty of Homegrown on Haubner Hill to your celebration. Locally grown in California, KY and cut fresh for your event.
Each experience is thoughtfully designed to offer guests a hands-on floral moment, guided with care and intention. Guests leave with a beautiful bouquet they create themselves.
The options below are based on 20 guests creating a bouquet using 10 stems of locally grown, fresh cut flowers from Homegrown on Haubner Hill. Pricing would be adjusted to your guest count.
OPTION 1: THE ESSENTIAL | DROP OFF | $200
- 200 Stems including Focal, Accent and Greenery selections.
- You set up entire Build a Bouquet bar yourself. (you would need scissors, vases, etc.
- Delivery included or you can pick up at the farm.
OPTION 2: THE ESSENTIAL PLUS | DROP OFF | $250
- 200 Stems including Focal, Accent and Greenery selections.
- Rental of the flower stand, floral snips and mini trash cans.
- Sign/Instructional flyer Vessel: You provide vases or I can provide for a fee per vase (I typically purchase vases at the dollar store or thrift store)
- Delivery included or you can pick up at the farm. (You would need a SUV/truck to pick up)
OPTION 3: THE GUIDED | ATTENDED | $450
- 200 Stems including Focal, Accent and Greenery selections.
- Rental of the flower stand, floral snips and mini trash cans,
- Sign/Instructional flyer Table Cloth (can bring a table if needed)
- Vessel
- Bouquet Wrap (no charge)
- You provide vases or I can provide for a fee per vase (I typically purchase vases at the dollar store or thrift store)
- Personal Floral Attendant (up to 3 hours, includes set up, guidance and clean up). Attendant will keep bar stocked and organized, assist guest with stem choices and wraps the finished bouquets, if bouquet wrap is chosen. Otherwise, attendant will assist in arranging in the vase.
- Full set up and clean up.
Bloom Bar Experiences
Choose your Bloom Bar based on the guest count and how much support you’d like during your event. Drop-off experiences are perfect for casual gatherings, while attended Bloom Bars offer guidance, setup and cleanup
- Access to water on-site is required for set up and filling vases.
- Flowers are grower’s choice. (Special flower requests may be approved for an additional fee.)
- Final guest count is required two weeks prior to the event.
- 50% deposit required to hold the date, balance due day of event.
- If event is cancelled, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
