Haubner Hill Bloom Club Bouquet Subscription – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Flower Bouquet Subscription (also referred as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)), you are joining a shared-risk, seasonal flower program. Bouquet size and varieties vary based on what’s blooming. Full payment is required at signup, and Bouquet Subscriptions are non-refundable. Missed pickups cannot be replaced or refunded, but you may send someone in your place. In the event of extreme weather or crop loss, the Farm may adjust bouquets or the season length. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions below.

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Homegrown on Haubner Hill (the “Farm”) and the Haubner Hill Bloom Club member (the “Member”). By purchasing a Flower CSA share, you agree to the following:

CSA Model Acknowledgement

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a shared-risk model. You understand you are supporting local flower farming and that flowers are subject to natural conditions beyond the Farm’s control, including weather, pests, disease, and other unforeseen events.

While the Farm will always do its best to provide abundant, high-quality blooms, exact quantities, varieties, and timing cannot be guaranteed.

Season & Share Details

· The Flower CSA runs during the designated growing season as advertised at the time of purchase.

· Shares include one bouquet per scheduled pickup date and will be the farmer's choice of flowers and colors.

· Bouquet size and flower varieties will vary throughout the season based on what is blooming.

· Start and end dates are fluid. We try our best to estimate when the bouquet subscription will start but the seasonal weather conditions are really the determining factor. Start dates are fluid within a week or two but we will notify you by email the week before the finalized date.

Pickup Policy

· Pickups take place at the location, day, and time listed in your CSA description.

· It is the Member’s responsibility to pick up bouquets during the scheduled window.

· **Missed pickups cannot be refunded or replaced**, as flowers are harvested specifically for each Member.

· If you are unable to pick up, you may send a friend or family member in your place.

Payment & Refund Policy

· Full payment is required at the time of signup unless otherwise stated.

· CSA shares are **non-refundable**, except in the rare case that the Farm must cancel the CSA season entirely.

· No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups or personal scheduling conflicts.

Farm Cancellations & Extreme Events

In the event of severe crop loss due to extreme weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, the Farm may:

· Adjust bouquet size or frequency

· Substitute flower varieties

· End the season early

These adjustments are part of the shared-risk nature of a CSA and do not qualify for refunds.

Flower Care Responsibility

Once bouquets are picked up, flower care becomes the responsibility of the Member. The Farm is not responsible for vase life after pickup.

Basic care instructions will be provided to help bouquets last as long as possible.

Communication

· Important updates (weather delays, pickup changes, etc.) will be communicated via email or the primary method listed at signup.

· It is the Member’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and check messages regularly.

Photography & Promotion

The Farm may take photos during CSA pickups or events for promotional purposes. No personal information will be shared without permission.

Agreement

By purchasing a Flower CSA share, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Haubner Hill Bloom Club - U Pick Club – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a U-Pick Club membership, you are joining a seasonal, weather-dependent farm experience. Flower availability varies throughout the season. Memberships are non-refundable, and missed visits cannot be rescheduled or credited. Members must follow all harvest guidelines and safety rules while on the farm. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Homegrown on Haubner Hill (the “Farm”) and the U‑Pick Flower Club member (the “Member”). By purchasing a U‑Pick Flower Club pass, you agree to the following:

1. U‑Pick Club Model

The U‑Pick Club is a seasonal, farm-based experience. By joining, Members understand that flower availability, varieties, and field conditions vary throughout the season and are influenced by weather, growing conditions, and other factors beyond the Farm’s control.

2. Season & Visit Details

The U‑Pick Club is valid only during the advertised season and designated U‑Pick dates as advertised on the Farm’s website and/or social media.
Membership includes a set number of U‑Pick visits as outlined at the time of purchase.
Flowers available for harvest will vary week to week and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Reservations & Attendance

U‑Pick visits may require advance registration or time-slot selection, days and times are available at www.homegrownonhaubnerhill.com
Visits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Missed visits cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

4. Harvest Guidelines

Members must follow all posted harvesting instructions and staff guidance.
Only designated areas and flowers may be harvested.
The Farm reserves the right to limit quantities to ensure fair access for all Members.

5. Safety & Conduct

Members enter the farm at their own risk.
The Farm is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, insect stings, uneven ground, or damage to personal property.

6. Weather Policy

U‑Pick events are weather dependent.
In the case of severe weather, the Farm may cancel or reschedule a U‑Pick date at its discretion.
Light rain or muddy conditions may not result in cancellation.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
U‑Pick Club memberships are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed visits, early departures, or personal scheduling conflicts.

8. Photography & Promotion

The Farm may take photos during U‑Pick events for promotional purposes.
Personal photography is welcome, but professional or commercial photography requires prior approval.

9. Agreement

By purchasing a U‑Pick Club membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
